Global Insights Architect
Description
We're looking for a Global Insights Architect to serve as a senior expert and trusted advisor across our most strategic consumer insights projects. You will provide high-level consulting, lead the resolution of complex analytical challenges, and ensure the delivery of actionable insights that drive business growth and client success. In this role, you will partner with senior stakeholders to solve critical business questions, elevate analytical excellence, and advance best practices in measurement, storytelling, and insight delivery.
What You'll Do
Lead Analytical Excellence
Serve as a strategic thought partner to leadership, contributing expert perspectives on the evolution of the Insights function.
Provide expert guidance on the organization's most complex analytical challenges.
Define and elevate standards for analytical rigor, insight generation, visualization, and storytelling.
Drive innovation in measurement approaches and methodologies to address evolving business and market needs.
Act as the highest-level escalation point for complex analytical and strategic questions.
Advise Strategic Clients and Stakeholders
Partner with senior clients and stakeholders on high-impact, business-critical engagements.
Provide trusted counsel on insight strategy, measurement frameworks, and decision-making.
Navigate complex cross-functional environments and advise teams on stakeholder management and alignment.
Drive Insights Business and Delivery Excellence
Partner with the sales team to design and scope complex consumer insights projects, developing business proposals that balance client needs, methodological rigor, timing, and profitability.
Own the successful delivery of high-impact projects, ensuring quality standards, deadlines, and financial targets are consistently met.
Remain actively involved in study production and support team members in resolving complex delivery challenges.
Translate data into clear, actionable recommendations through compelling storytelling and best-in-class reporting.
Support managers in staffing and resourcing decisions
Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, methodologies, and knowledge-sharing practices.
Mentor and Develop Talent
Act as a mentor and coach to analysts and emerging leaders.
Strengthen the team's knowledge infrastructure by sharing expertise, developing capabilities, and fostering a culture of excellence.
What You'll Bring
10+ years of experience in insights, analytics, market research, consulting, or a related field.
Recognized expertise in analytical methodologies, consumer insight and strategic storytelling.
Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive impact across complex, matrixed organizations.
Deep experience advising executive-level stakeholders on high-stakes business decisions.
Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a track record of tackling ambiguous and strategically important challenges.
Hands-on experience with social listening tools and advanced Boolean query building for data extraction and analysis.
Fluent in both French and English, with the ability to operate confidently in an international, client-facing environment.
Strong expertise in measurement frameworks, analytics innovation, and data interpretation.
Demonstrated success mentoring senior talent and building organizational capabilities.
Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complexity into compelling business narratives.
Experience operating as a trusted advisor, thought leader, and subject matter expert at a global level.
Experience in FMCG and/or government accounts is a strong plus.
